China launches Siwei Gaojing-2 05 & 06 satellites
Summary: According to Guancha.cn (citing China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation via WeChat), at 06:51 on March 26, 2026, a Long March 2D rocket lifted off from Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center and delivered Siwei Gaojing-2 05 and 06 into planned orbits. The satellites are operated by China Siwei and developed under CASC; after insertion they join 03/04 already on orbit in a “four satellites, two groups” pattern. This was the 634th flight of the Long March launch vehicle family. The mission introduced a 4.2 m composite fairing and a wireless tank-wall temperature measurement system for propellant.
