China launches Tianlian II-04 data-relay satellite
Summary: Per China’s government English portal and follow-on coverage, at 23:55 Beijing Time on March 26, 2025, a Long March-3B rocket launched Tianlian II-04 from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center, Sichuan. The satellite is a second-generation geosynchronous data-relay spacecraft to support TT&C and relay services for crewed spacecraft, space stations, and selected LEO missions. The flight was the 565th mission of the Long March launch vehicle family.
